The New One

Student teachers and beginning teachers often express frustration with what they perceive as a lack of continuity between the training for practice they receive in university courses and teaching practice, as they experience it. They should know, what they got during their study is not the same. In other words, as Weinstein(1988) said that teachers "unrealistic optimism" about their ability to teach. Understanding how teachers' theories about learning seem unhelpful when they confront problems of practice.

Now...they knew that working as a teacher is not easy. Teachers aren't producing goods. They produce the meaningful of human being were gifted by God. Teachers should consider 'good', 'right', or 'important' constantly guides our practice. They or others should know, this work shows that students must learn more than is officially stated in the curriculum, include value judgments, hidden or explisit, about worthwhile knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Education is there.

For the new teachers, the concepts, ideas, understandings, principles, and propositions will characterize the discipline. You will be there...
